The primary goal of Surat IT Hub (SIH) is to promote practices that will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational information resources. To achieve this goal, members of the Surat IT Hub must reflect the highest standards of ethical conduct. Therefore, SIH has established the following Code of Ethics and requires its observance as a prerequisite for continued membership and affiliation with the SIH.SIH membership provides greater assurance and trust to clients and the public. If an SIH member breaches the Code of Ethics, their client or a member of the public have the right to complain to SIH who have a process for dealing with complaints.
